ONYC is a yield-bearing token backed by stablecoins that generates returns by underwriting reinsurance contracts. The asset targets a base yield exceeding 16%, uncorrelated to traditional market cycles, through real-world insurance premium flows. Investors gain direct exposure to reinsurance, an asset class previously inaccessible to retail participants. Additional returns come from the underlying collateral itself.
